Christ, you were too cheap to buy hosting so you begged for hosting in return for your sig and a banner / link on your webmaster page(s) and then you don't even have the courtesy to follow through with that part of the deal...

first off this isnt the actualy user of this name I am his employer and secondly we are in need of a webdesigner to create a website as well. As far as the color scheme goes use your imagination I am welcoming all ideas.
