The motherfucker who owns it stole my work! I own http://www.tawnee-stone.com/ and today I found this http://www.virgin-babes.com/gallery1.htm - copied design, title, keywords, text... I tried the whois but the whois DB is not responding... Anyone knows this dumbass lazy cheating motherfucker?! The ignorance and the lazy attitude pisses me off so much... aghhh...  It's just the first time this has happened to me... what would you do in my case? How do you fight this? I would appreciate any help in this matter. -- McSpike -- |

oh man my domain is not the issue here and FYI LS is okay with it.
How hard it is to understand the principles of marketing and affiliate programs? What would this domain be in the hands of LS? The domain itself means NOTHING to them! You gotta do something with it first! I DID and for THAT work I am getting paid 60%. Isn't it great that you have affiliates crazy enough to buy domains just to promote you exclusively? Forbiding that would be EXACTLY like saying: "okay you can promote Tawnee Stone and we will pay you a share of the profit we make, BUT you can't use the word "Tawnee Stone" anywhere". DUH?! Kids! Sheesh! You do NOT have to have a filed for and papered copyright to make it enforceable in a civil court. All you have to prove is your ownership which in this case (one gallery) could be tough to do.

Real easy ways Judi but I won't post them. If I remember right that site was doing that last year as well. It was posted here I believe. I remember reading that whois. I would have no other reason to read it unless someone wanted info.

This is my original page: http://www.tawnee-stone.com/free/taw...-password.html FNP doesn't say ANYWHERE on their join form or anywhere else on their site that they have 40.000 sites in their system. Guess who does? SEXKEY does, you motherfucker, (they have it plastered allover their join form) and I have my site behind SEXKEY. That shows you just grabbed that page of mine (and the rest of them) and put them up on your domain without even changing the text to match with FNP and now you are asking me for copyrights? Why would I ever wanted to copy a site that's ranked lower in the SEs? It's the other way arround fucker! You go and copy a site that's ranked very high and then pray your copy will get ranked high too. Wrong dickhead, google is smarter than that - there's a lot of other factors to get that result! Pisses me off you come here and ask me for copyrights. There are other ways I can prove my site was up before yours (no I won't mention them here). I am sure the SE we are talking about would be glad to hear about cheaters just trying to get a higher ranking by copying other site in the listing.
