Jimmy,
I am their affiliate. That's enough for owning any domain (with their names) that helps them get more members. That's marketing - that's my job as their affiliate. Gemini, Ya that's also all I could get with neotrace. Okay will see what FNP says... |
Oh I see some of you got the whole whois! Good. :)
If you ask me that aol addy will bounce back with the speed of the light... Will try it. Thanks guys! ;) -- McSpike -- |

you should make a written agreement. LS doesnt own Tawnee Stone Slavery went out here years ago |
oh man my domain is not the issue here and FYI LS is okay with it.
How hard it is to understand the principles of marketing and affiliate programs? What would this domain be in the hands of LS? The domain itself means NOTHING to them! You gotta do something with it first! I DID and for THAT work I am getting paid 60%. Isn't it great that you have affiliates crazy enough to buy domains just to promote you exclusively? Forbiding that would be EXACTLY like saying: "okay you can promote Tawnee Stone and we will pay you a share of the profit we make, BUT you can't use the word "Tawnee Stone" anywhere". DUH?! Hello!! -- McSpike -- |

Kids! Sheesh! You do NOT have to have a filed for and papered copyright to make it enforceable in a civil court. All you have to prove is your ownership which in this case (one gallery) could be tough to do.
G*d love the children since no one else will. :helpme |

well, that virgin-babes dude can say that actually McSpike stole his design - and how would either of them prove it ?
|
can someone post the whois reaadout again?
i dont think 4 times is enough *sarcasm* |
Real easy ways Judi but I won't post them. If I remember right that site was doing that last year as well. It was posted here I believe. I remember reading that whois. I would have no other reason to read it unless someone wanted info.

call the Gambino familly i am sure they can do something about it if you give them the right money

I remember JR, who owns wantboobs.com, had a similar problem about a month or two ago. You may want to talk to him.
|
ah yes, i remember something like webarchive ??? it got a snapshot of all sites on the net
|
paulk,
oh so because I am a #2 then it's no problem for you to steal my work? Geeez you stupid fuck! That's like saying hey I robbed a bank, why should anyone care they still have billions, I only took a million... That's all you gotta say in your defense? Why do I care I am #2? Why did you even bother to speak here? Another STUPID thing you did that shows you copied my site without even thinking is this: You put your site behind FNP and left the note about 40.000 free sites still there on http://www.virgin-babes.com/free/taw...-password.html (if he takes the page down before anyone takes a look at it here's the screenshot of it: http://www.tawnee-stone.com/stolen-page.jpg)! This is my original page: http://www.tawnee-stone.com/free/taw...-password.html FNP doesn't say ANYWHERE on their join form or anywhere else on their site that they have 40.000 sites in their system. Guess who does? SEXKEY does, you motherfucker, (they have it plastered allover their join form) and I have my site behind SEXKEY. That shows you just grabbed that page of mine (and the rest of them) and put them up on your domain without even changing the text to match with FNP and now you are asking me for copyrights? Why would I ever wanted to copy a site that's ranked lower in the SEs? It's the other way arround fucker! You go and copy a site that's ranked very high and then pray your copy will get ranked high too. Wrong dickhead, google is smarter than that - there's a lot of other factors to get that result! Pisses me off you come here and ask me for copyrights. There are other ways I can prove my site was up before yours (no I won't mention them here). I am sure the SE we are talking about would be glad to hear about cheaters just trying to get a higher ranking by copying other site in the listing. Remove that stuff of mine from your domain or make your own. Believe me when I say I am not gonna repeat myself. To other people, when you are dealing with virgin-babes.com, you are dealing with a cheater! -- McSpike -- |
gees, dude why do u care ? he's not in the SE anywhere and it's just a stupid page with no real design. How does that hurt you ?
people steal other peoples galleries all the time - get used to it |
you mean people like you steal other people's galleries all the time.

Some people claim that you can copyright a design, but show the proof. Where is a court case that proves that you have any right to a web page design? I've asked this before and people post links to some designer's site where he says he thinks that it is possible that designs might be protectable, and his lawyer thinks so to. I'm not saying that you shouldn't be able to, but I'm saying that this "right" is starting to sound like one of those urban legends. Huge corporations do not defend their webpage designs, not Apple, not Microsoft, not IBM, not Amazon. These companies sue for anything and everything, but not to protect their webpage designs. What makes you think that they are defendable in the real world, not in theory? I'm not talking about stealing the exact text or the exact graphics, but the design itself. Beyond the law, it's an unethical thing to do, no doubt, and I would be pissed too. |

as long as there are no legal issues between you and LS you and Tawnee Stone herself. I am sure they are 2 seperate entities So therefore you need 2 seperate agreements DUH?! Hello!! |
Jedi,
first, it's a site, not a gallery, second, would you like if I copy a site of yours that's ranked high in the SE and simply get close to the top too? Cool! How many you have on the top? Oh ya? Well.... can I copy all of them? You won't mind? You sure? -- McSpike -- |
Dark Jedi's a typical Russian. No respect for laws.
