We indeed do. As for the second half of your question, If you'd like to send to individual profiles with your id that's currently possible as well. If you want one geo-targeted, I can set that up for you in no time at all...

I know with AFF you can customize geo search results page for ethnicity and appearance and you can link to a single profile if you know the id but don't think you can do both together.

Do you mean you want a url that will produce a single random say blonde Asian girl that is geo targetted and of course has your affiliate id? and refresh to a different one maybe?

If you are looking to get that specific with a single profile you run into the chance of nothing matching. I guess that's why they do a whole page of results so that at least one of the choices should appeal to the surfer.
