If charges are dropped, they are dropped. Simple as that. There is no probation.

There are instances where you can be on probation and if you are good during that time they'll wipe it off your record. Still, you have to plea or be convicted. A lot of kids who shoplift get this.

1) you can be found not guilty and put on probation( i have a friend who is in prison right now, after being found not guilty for a crime, being put on probation and failing a u/a, yes he went to prison for violating probation for a crime he didnt commit)
2) posting someones myspace and website (that he has told you about) isnt owned. neither are pictures from their myspace.
3) who the hell hasnt vandalized something as a teenager? Are you a pussy or what?
4) no ones taking shots at a 7 year old, it obviously pisses jim off.. if that was my intention id talk about his 7 year old too :/
