because my space are two different words that are no copyrighted.

take google. they can protect there rights as if anyone copies them its obvious, but my and space are both commonly used words

they are not using "My Space"
they are using "MySpace"

A lot of people don't follow the rules, It's really up to myspace to find them and shut them down if they want they probably can.

yeah and any site calling themselves Play Boy is legit... very few people know how trademarks and copyrights work. unless you're a legal licensed trade/copy attorney you can't assume the law. Although Myspace the company is one word when spoken My Space is still the same, and it is more than likely tha anyone that hears the combinate be it separate or together will assume its Myspace. They have a worldwide brand, and any court would rule in there favor.
