Password for Word Press lost
I lost my password for wordpress and for some reason it wont mail it to my email address. Does anyone know where it is stored on the server so I can check what the new password is?

Login to PHPMyAdmin
Choose the proper database from the dropdown menu on the left Click the browse icon under wp_users Click the edit icon under user_login the next screen (looks like a little pencil) Under user_pass change the value to a new password and on the dropdown box on the same line, select MD5 Login to your wordpress admin with the new password and you should be all good |
