After having looked at a ton of article manager scripts, I couldn't find one that I liked according to my own needs.

I need a simple article manager where I can submit articles and it stores them into a mysql DB. The only other thing I need is within the article pages I will need to be able to insert tags at certain parts of the text within the articles.

Then I need to be able to go into the admin and enter a banner code into these "tags" so they get replaced with banner ads, wherever I specified the tags within the article. The purpose of this is to be able to change the banner ads on-fly for all the articles. So lets say I have a few hundred articles and I decide to change the banner that should show between the article.. all I should be able to do is edit the tag within the admin and it changes them on all the pages. Simple php include should get the job done.

The article pages should be SE friendly.
