If I wanted someone to promote my site by email (legally!) what resources would we have to provide?

I don't want to become a mailer, I just want to know how to get people who do careful mailing as affiliates.

Do I have to offer a high percentage, or PPS? Galleries?

Just say you accept spam, give them some creatives and be prepared to handle the complaints.

Not spam, double opt-in emails ;) It's already in our spam policy.

All you need is a good fpa (text will load faster and make sure it's something catchy at the top with minimal scrolling) and an easy to find opt out link...
