Well I think there are MANY ways to go about this.
I would setup a website that explains the process of becoming a model with your website and then advertise it. You could place local newspaper ads, there are also several modeling websites you could "hang" at. There really are a lot of different ways. Also, you could offer commission for webcam models and approach friends and model agencies. Just be creative.  |

Advertise on Split Cams. It's a piece of software that models use, it enables them to work on multiple sites at the same time.
