Well I think there are MANY ways to go about this.

I would setup a website that explains the process of becoming a model with your website and then advertise it.

You could place local newspaper ads, there are also several modeling websites you could "hang" at. There really are a lot of different ways. Also, you could offer commission for webcam models and approach friends and model agencies.

Just be creative. :)

Make sure you exaust all the normal channel firsgt, then get creative dude.
