Programs that allow webmasters from crap countires have no honour and no shame. No one should do business with them.

In these countries the $ is worth much more so that puts them at an unfair advantage, since their living expenses are much much lower they can use the money to buy more resources and take over other's business and market share.

Final thought: where do most cheaters come from?

spare a thought for the brits, things cost more over there than they do in the US and then get we about just 600 quid for every $1000 that we make.

but we pay alot less for anything that we buy (bandwidth, domains etc) than the yanks do so it works both ways.

Every sale that goes to a cheating-country webmaster could have been yours.

Roughly, with cheater countries banned from programs, you would have been making 15 (yes, fifteen) times what your are making today.
