basically you list who has promised you traffic in return for yours and hasnt lived up to their end of the bargain.

i knowi just ripped down a bunch of people who havent lived up to their word

im talking about trades here only...not traffic for cash

although cash is exchanged as well...you know what i mean Michael ;)
