An attempt to summarize:
Kremen wants the old Netblock IPs that Cohen used. ARIN wouldn't transfer them. Kremen feels without them, his google rankings aren't as good as they would have been if he had more IPs for his 5000 domains. Kremen wants his pound of flesh.
