Interesting lawsuit. The "damages" is pretty humorous but I guess it's the publicity.

An attempt to summarize:

Kremen wants the old Netblock IPs that Cohen used. ARIN wouldn't transfer them. Kremen feels without them, his google rankings aren't as good as they would have been if he had more IPs for his 5000 domains.

Kremen wants his pound of flesh.

He might win based on the previous history of internet wrongdoing when it comes to him. The jury won't know what the fuck they are talking about anyway when it goes to trial, if it goes that far.
