How I get that may vary. Sometimes I will sleep all 8 at night. Sometimes 5 at night, and then a 3 hour nap midday. Kinda mix it up for flava.  |

10-12 hours... to make up for the years I slept 3-5 hours a night. I wasn't insomniac or anything, but when I was still living with my mom and my brother the only times I could masturbate were the nights.

if it's up to me, I would sleep a good 11-13 hours a day
however, I force myself to sleep less every day simply because I am exhausted on the days that I sleep over 9 hours. I therefore limit my sleep to 8-9 hours a day to have more productive time, and be more awake during my day |

During the week, I'll get anywhere from 4-6 hours a night.. but that's with at least one wake-up to go pee.
On weekends, I get anywhere from 8-10 hours... with about two wake-ups to go pee! LOL |
