Stay away from MyVirtualCard/Paymonde. They are the worst processors in the industry.

Well, here is my list anyhow.

Netbilling, for processing via own merchant account

CCBill, for 3rd party processing

Paycom, for 3rd party processing and merchant account processing
www.paycom.net

As far as I am concerned, those are the only real options. These companies have been around for a long time and have an established reputation in the industry.
