I think it's public sex, and the term is big in the UK.

Dogging seems to have a group of people.

So is "dogging" watching a couple having sex in public or is it the term for the couple having the sex in public. Is a "dogger" the one watching or the one performing?

British Doggers is one of the sites I want to promote but I can't quite figure out the terminology. Given the premise of the site, I'd lean towards dogging as performing and dogger as the one performing. But some of the wording in the FHGs etc. don't seem to follow that 100%.

The term 'Dogger' is used for a man by a couple that would like him to join them and be their 'Dog'.
