He's been on the ground for quite some time as this is at least his 5th "begging for work" thread since last fall. He's been banned multiple times and continues to come back and fight with everyone then sobs when nobody wants to work with him. If we took your approach and continue to coddle him then he's never going to learn. He needs to learn the consequences of his actions and humbled as this will help him far beyond gfy.

Reminds of one of the funniest threads in gfy history when Alien was given a job at Vivid a couple years ago. He made a thread in here bitching about his job and coworkers on the third day. Vivid was alerted to the thread and his coworkers and boss posted how he was completely incompetent and he was subsequently fired the next day, not even making it one week on the job.

I agree with you on the own worst enemy, but his design skills are more suited for 1999. He never changed with the times and developed new skills to keep him competitive in the industry and potential clients saw through that.

His design skills are nothing special for the price he charges. I'm not saying he's a bad designer, but he certainly by no means lives up to the expectations he sets. There are several better designers on this forum who are not only much cheaper, but a lot easier to work with as well.
