I recently discovered a way to get alot of foreign traffic... whats the best way to make money with it? From what I hear it doesnt convert well on things that require credit cards.

If you mean Asia I think pretty much anywhere (even India) except China can be reasonably monetized. If it's a bit from everywhere try the one size fits all passwordbyphone approach like Lindsay suggested. If there is a significant amount from one or a handful of countries it should be worth it to make the effort to redirect by IP or even just by browser language to specific sponsors.

If it is mainly from a specific country and you don't want to post it, hit me up and I'll tell you if I can suggest a good home for it.

If it is from Outer Mongolia I can't help you, although I have been there and the people are quite friendly (until they think you have insulted their yak type animal which is like their national emblem or something, then they get nasty.)
