Note to content producers
After finishin up loading a few thousand more galleries over the past few days... a sad though occurred to me...

Anyone know anything about makeup, lighting, or color corrections any more?

So much wasted beauty and content... sad... truely sad.

What happened to the pin up days when every aspect of the final portrait was heavily manicured for optimal results?

Ah gotcha. I agree with you btw. There are many reasons this has happened. First of all there is a lot more competition today than there was 20, 10 or even 5 years ago. Everyone is trying to out-do one another and crank out twice as much content as their competitors (for constant site updates). Hence, the talent pool is stretched too thin. Shooters and crews are worked to death to keep pace and the resulting content is sub-par at best. Unfortunately I don't see a solution on the horizon any time soon dude. On the other hand I could be wrong...

The situation you describe so eloquently above has actually been a major roadblock for me...
