I use SmartFTP (www.smartftp.com). VERY nice program. Works much better than CuteFTP in my opinion. Fast and regularly updated. And all free.

I have TONS of mp3s on my system.... all of them burned from the CDs that I OWN..... or downloaded, listened to, and then purchased because I liked it, or deleted because I didn't. I do not share my mp3s. They are on my system for my own personal convenience and listening pleasure.
