Live in Maryland and I know we got hammered.Dams around here were overflowing and they were talking about a few that were at their limit and possibly about to burst.Pennsylvania got hit hard to so I'm sure its as bad as you hear

Its basic physics, location, and over-development.
You got so many people living near water its insane. You got so much concrete on the ground from all the fricking over-development everywhere the water can't drain efficiently into the ground any longer. You got more water coming in then going out. Water that has no where to go just sits there.
