The area that is flooding is always fucked, it happens every year at some point. We have had some serious rain in the past week in the mid-atlantic region.

You got so many people living near water its insane.

You got so much concrete on the ground from all the fricking over-development everywhere the water can't drain efficiently into the ground any longer.

You got more water coming in then going out.
