like obviously they would.... so would any other program.

should have been titled "looking for a sales rep - pay increase depending on perfomance"

:2 cents:

We can pay more than most programs. We arent hiring somebody for 20k a year and giving them 80k a year in "comission"... we are looking for a special individual who can bring in and maintain large volume accounts.

Will we simply start paying 100k a year to the first guy who says "i can do it"? No. The right person is probably somebody we already know... maybe even a rep for another program who feels that they are undervalued.

We are looking for a team mate, a special somebody, a person who can bring joins, likes to party hard, and does whatever it takes to keep an affiliate happy.

With that said...

Glad you guys are actually using the BBQ Cory, we werent sure if it would actually get used :) ... Thanks for all the business! Weg is always just a pleasure to do business with and always has been. Truly standup people

Heck if I wasn't doing my own thing I would probably work for that grill that they got you guys:) Enjoy the cookout:thumbsup

I can do it. Where's my money? All I have to do is steal KB's secret rolodex he reserves for clients after he's with them for 6+ months. I will distract him first with this picture of Britney Spears.

Nice opportunity for someone

What are the type of hours you're looking for? Do you have a problem with your employees running their own (free)sites? I've had some sales rep experience in this industry and may be interested.

Let's chat on ICQ when you have some free time. 38347295.

Peaches 06-29-2006 10:32 PM

That IS a good offer. You mentioned on another board that 50 sales a day would bring the rep good money. I know I was bringing that many in and was not making anywhere NEAR what you're offering. Anyone who's interested should grab this immediately! :)

gecko 06-29-2006 10:35 PM

Hope you find the right person

woj 06-29-2006 10:35 PM

Fifty........

Curious what these sales people do all day... Since 97 not one salesperson has ever tried contacting one of my 9000 free sites, most can't even answer a single email. Most effort I have seen when contacting some programs is Yes, we do this that and this for you, sure, this that and this, then never hear from them again lol

That's why they have such a hard time finding good reps. Take a look at the reps on the boards. Mostly they're just board whores and show leeches and annoying.

Who are a few of the good reps that are cool to deal with, helpful and take the time to suggest improvements? I'd have to list Brent at Python near the tops.

CaptainHowdy 06-29-2006 11:02 PM

Great opportunity!

Are sales people & account reps the same thing? I applied for a few rep jobs but stopped even trying as it appeared none of them were looking for someone with 9 years experience in adult sites, programming, making useful tools, growing traffic and looking at the long terms goals of building and managing progams...

I am really confused about this and not sure if they were scared of someone who knows too much, or really can't afford me, or can get better for $50 or are just posting this crap for publicity....

PinkElectric 06-29-2006 11:14 PM

I will speak engrish to you every customer ... how many pesos you can offer me per every single days? Que?

WWC-Pajio 06-29-2006 11:17 PM

.....nice!! good luck.. :thumbsup

If you have a low post count, don't attend the shows, and they don't recognize you as having been around a long while.. they might overlook your potential ability to network and bring in affiliates and help them become earning affiliates or whales.

Have you heard the term "celebrity webmaster" before? Most of these jokes are just "celebrity account reps"

Kimo 06-29-2006 11:27 PM

goodluck finding the right person

Odie 06-29-2006 11:38 PM

quickbuck is a great company to work for!! i would love to go back there and make a salary like that!!! good luck to finding that great sales rep!! :)

fatal attraction 06-29-2006 11:39 PM

Good luck finding someone! :thumbsup

Brujah 06-30-2006 03:34 AM

bump for future account reps, and early risers

DirtyJ_ExtendedMarketing 06-30-2006 05:23 AM

1ST!! I must say... Dont EVER judge quickbuck based on wisemans clothes... dont.. im serious..

2ND.. I would rather hire a behind the scenes worker, who works hard and has some good longtime contacts, rather than a board whore with a 20,000 post count thats going to ask for transportation for 10 friends to a strip club at the next show and a $500 per diem.

Timon 06-30-2006 05:42 AM

I'm available for 6 star pissing on morons if you're hiring :1orglaugh

this business isn't what it used to be. mostly its smoke and mirrors.

be careful. theres a lot of empty promise makers running around out there.

Good luck, I would look into it more if I had more time but this new house deal is eating my time up for the next month or so.

Rock Solid 06-30-2006 09:25 AM

Look, I'll take the job. But only if you'll pay cash under the table. I don't want to give up my food stamps.

Rui 06-30-2006 09:38 AM

I think KB is the man for the job, hell you prolly would even pay him 6 figures based on his stellar PR ;)

just messing with you :p

you were brining in 450,000/year (assuming it was only 25 dollars/sale) and they wouldn't give you a 100k/year salary?

sonofsam - A rep isn't the only person to be paid - but yeah, a rep isn't going to get anything NEAR 25% of what they bring in.

hova 06-30-2006 10:01 AM

I could be interested, not sure if I have enough time

You're thinking in terms of affiliate payout and not profit to the company.

If they're really good they're making $5-10 profit per signup, so 50 sales a day is only $90K a year total profit for the company.
How much of that do you think the affiliate rep deserves?

Wiseman 06-30-2006 10:09 AM

And Realize you would be Working under Me not Hooper. He just likes to make anouncements. so #1 you would have to deal with my clothing. # 2 would have to answer to me. and #3 bring in fucking sales. its not a difficult task for soemone with some drive.

I thought a billion dollars a year would have been fair :winkwink:

They changed their TOS and I ended up losing a lot of those 50 sales a day so sometimes commissions can be a double edged sword.
