So I just got back from being in the hospital for 2 days.Thought I had a heart attack
Felt the worst pain in my chest and started to sweat like crazy.
Anyway I got fully checked out and my heart and lungs are great. But my blood pressure and cholesterol are too high. Its time to hit the gym and get back into shape. Sorry I missed our tourny last night The only thing good about it all Is I had a cute nurse.  |

Good luck with that. I had the same thing last year, they even gave me an angiogram. Turns out everything was healthy, it was just stress/over weight. Go see a nutritionist, best thing I ever did!!

Dude, it was prolly a panic attack.. I get that shit a couple times a year, my heart feels like it's gonna explode. One time I was crawling to the phone to dial 911, and then it stopped....

glad to hear you are ok , my dad got his first of four heart attacks around your age. At 60 the light bulb went off lost 50 lbs and became a gym rat, he turned back the clock easily 15 yrs.
