    So I just got back from being in the hospital for 2 days.Thought I had a heart attack

    Felt the worst pain in my chest and started to sweat like crazy.

    Anyway I got fully checked out and my heart and lungs are great. But my blood pressure and cholesterol are too high. Its time to hit the gym and get back into shape.

    Sorry I missed our tourny last night

    The only thing good about it all Is I had a cute nurse.

                                  Good luck with that. I had the same thing last year, they even gave me an angiogram. Turns out everything was healthy, it was just stress/over weight. Go see a nutritionist, best thing I ever did!!

                                                              All I can recomend to everyone who is always on there PC working all the time is to get out and exercise.

I once thought I was having a heart attack in a cab. The cab driver kept telling me to calm down as I was just having a panic attack. He drove me to the hospital for free. When I walked in I told the nurse I was having a panic attack she just informed me to lie down as I was having a panic attack.

At 60 the light bulb went off lost 50 lbs and became a gym rat, he turned back the clock easily 15 yrs.
