I want epassporte someone $ but they are in a banned country. (ukraine)

Only business epassporte account can send them $. So this is the deal.

I epass you $550 > You then epass my programer $500

You make $50, which i think is more than fair.

ps: You need to have a business epassporte account. I usually never go this far for coders but this guy is good and i want to keep him!
