I don't handle death very well.

My ex-father in-law died last week and I just found out. I'm a little upset I missed the funeral. The wost part is my ex-husband had to put his dad in the ground on his B-Day.

I have to say my father in-law was one of the best men I have ever know. The best memories I have of him are all about being in the garden he grew the best corn in the world. He would give me bags of corn and tell me Shhhh don't tell cuz all of us kids loved his corn. He was %100 American Indian and had the best garden every year.

RIP

Well let's face it... we all have that ticket...
But it's real bad knowing that we will never see that person again...

i think the best way is to keep them alive in our memories...
keeping the good memories alive.

My condolences to you and your ex-husband...

Although it never seems like it at the moment - time is the healer.

ooooooooooooooo

Terrible

My Father died last Summer and I still hurt very much. He just turned 76 less than a month earlier. I miss my dad so much and I still need him and I am now 44 and I feel like a lost child without him.

God Bless ya

Sorry for your loss. I don't know to many people that do handle death well but all we can do is keep on living. I lost 3 family members including my father suddenly last year all within a one month period. I am numb to it now.

hey, I'm sorry to hear. It is very sad when someone we love passes away.
It's also a shame that the true owners of this land are dieing or their blood is getting diluted.

My condolences

It is okay to take it badly. Getting up and brushing ourselves off after we deal with it and continue to live the lives they influenced is our tribute to them.
