Your server's are also located on one of multiple Toshiba UPS battery backup systems; which condition, regulate and provide backup power should our main electrical feed's experience an outage. Our power feed's are on the same subsystem as the Hospital district in downtown Houston, and we are categorized as a "Critical Customer"; meaning we are to have the highest level of service.

This package includes the installation of the following software before being delivered to you:

Your server will also be fully updated, and locked down. It also includes 24/7 monitoring of your PING and HTTP services. Should one of those services go down, we will be notified and we will automatically attempt to reboot your server, or restart the service.
This also includes:
- Addition of Domains to your server via Apache / DNS.
- Addition of DNS records to your server
- Addition of Sub-domains
- Addition/editing of FTP accounts
- Installing and configuring an e-mail service

This is a "hands-off" package, the only thing you will be responsible for is uploading your webpages, and maintaining your site.
