anyone know if a tool?

Yes, expired domain sleuth works pretty well for this. Just a heads up though - Alexa really really unlikes automated searches, so keep threads/searches at a minimum, or your IP will be banned within 10 mins.
Btw, if you wish, mail me the list and I can check it for you. edit: oh ranks.. sorry...only possible via their API I think
