I am assuming that you want to know, and are a bit new to hosting with a hun listing. Your host basically couldn't provide the service you needed and prevented you and also prevented you, from making sells to cover your extra bandwidth charges.

The Hun's bots are very good and will just delete the gallery...nothing against the submitter...plus your hosting company made fun of you in this thread :upsidedow

I dont understand why the host throttled the bandwidth when they make money as he uses bandwidth. The host has basically lost money because of this and so has he.

I am also on webair, but never got a TGP on Hun. My question is for the guys, who been there before.

Whats the 1st day, 2nd day and 1st week Bandwith you burn with HUN on avarage size TGP post? (I assume it would gradually wind down after 24hrs.)

A bit, but as the Hun BW usage goes down, smaller tgp/mgp add the gallery to their list ... so it can remain pretty high for a while.

If the virtual hosting package have a price for overusage (you are allowed to use more than your package include) and it does not say in the contract that they reserve the right to limit your BW usage then your host would be OBLIGATED to provide you needed bandwidth and CPU time that match your bandwidth usage untill they or you cancel the contract.
I would seek damage compensation from the hosting company, not only for lost signups, but also for lost service that might get Thehun to pass on his galleries in the future.
You cannot blaim Xpics that the hosting commpany put too many clients on a server or fail to have prober upgrade procedures in place
