need some small programming done
i have this contract thingy in a word document i need on a webpage, where people can fill in their names on the online contract, as well as upload an image, then they click submit, and the contract with their name and digital signature as well as the image they uploaded, gets sent to my email address. anyone know how to do that 4 cheap?
