Oedipus is very correct about what he writes. I also mentioned this in the initial thread that mayor made. Go to a doctor get a written statement and get your hands on the tape (seems like you got your hands on it).
Take both these elements to your attorney and fight this in court. I think you have this obligation towards Brooke Skye, Mayor.

I am very sure when a judge sees this tape this Bubba person is gonne get it big time because his show has been banned from the normal way of broadcasting radio shows. Brooke Skye is the underdog in this case so the judge will stick up for her.

I am not sure if Melissa is to blaim, from what I read it were the people on the set who tried to force a 19 year old. Perhaps she was playing along with the people from that radio station, this will be very hard to prove. Fact remains that Melissa posted a tape on these boards but that tape didn't show what this tape shows so :disgust

I do think that Mayor had every right to make his initial post on these boards and it's unfair to say he lost his face or whatever.

Mayor made a small mistake by not being present in the studio or provide decent supervision. The argument from "Biggy" that Mayor's wife was present during the whole session doesn't stick in this case because Mayor's wife is a tiny young female herself so that doesn't count as supervision in my eyes.

I call this a small mistake because it's very unlikely stuff like this could happen so you really can't blaim him. I'm sure mayor will take his conclusions and will make sure something like this can never happen again in the future. Calling him unprofessional would be a bit to harsh, he's not a pimp who needs to take care of his prostitutes, he makes porn wich is different.

In my personal opinion...if you watch this video, at around 1:25 you notice brooke mouth "please no please no" to someone. At that minute it should have been stopped by someone!

-brooke did say no alot in the video
-however, brooke didnt walk away at any point
-melissa clearly said over and over again that she didnt wanna hurt brooke, yet kept going anyways. if she truly knew that it was hurting (brooke was crying for christs sakes), then she should have stopped
-bubba is annoying as fuck...stand by.
-bubba should have never kept pushin the girls to act out what HE wanted to see like it was gonna be titled "Bubbas Fantasy" (i mean come on, the part where he tells melissa to smack the strap on brooks pussy for a "grand finale" is lame at best..he was acting out his fantasy and droaling over melissa and kissin her ass the whole time.)

I would say to Brooke:

Next time you are in a situation like this, you can nicely say "No thanks" and walk out, or you can scream "Fuck You ALL" and walk out.
