Can you really win a lawsuit against someone if they say to take your links down?
my armchair lawyer thoughts: no way would it stand up in court even if people pulled links because its an opinionated decision and statement.
sure this type of case can go both ways but so can buying a coffee thats to hot at mcdonalds and suing them. |
