How to reduce the size of an animated gif file
I have this animated gif which is very large-almost 400 k, and the free host I work with will not allow any files over 250 k.
Now, is there anyone I can reduce this, I tried it with Paint Shop Pro but when you resize it , the animation is lost. Thanks for any. ![]() |

I would recommend Adobe Imageready, it's included in Photoshop - and that is a must have anyway

I have the Animation Shop, but when I try to open it, it says a JFF.DLL file is missing-is there any way I can put this back in to get it to work?
