How to reduce the size of an animated gif file

I have this animated gif which is very large-almost 400 k, and the free host I work with will not allow any files over 250 k.

Now, is there anyone I can reduce this, I tried it with Paint Shop Pro but when you resize it , the animation is lost.

Thanks for any.

I would recommend Adobe Imageready, it's included in Photoshop - and that is a must have anyway

Better still but if you're trying to do it in painshop you prolly don't have that. Animation shop is more basic but optimizes OK and usually comes bundled with paintshop.
Click on 'files' 'other JASC products' to find it

I have the Animation Shop, but when I try to open it, it says a JFF.DLL file is missing-is there any way I can put this back in to get it to work?
