Talked to some ladies at the nail salon the other day (you guys have your strip clubs, we have our nail salons) who flip houses here and do some buying of foreclosures and renting them out. Might go in with them on a few properties.

Well, it could *slow down* a lot anyways..

If it happens, it will still be profitable for REALLY big players though.
(Profit margins will decrease severely, meaning the turnover will need to be VERY high).

No matter how that goes, I'll be doing one or more of these things later:

1: Strictly financial investing (funds & CD's primarily)
2: Mainstream online
3: Real-estate, probably focusing on the EU-region & more specifically "booming" countries.
