Already getting out - studying medical coding and buying up real estate
Talked to some ladies at the nail salon the other day (you guys have your strip clubs, we have our nail salons) who flip houses here and do some buying of foreclosures and renting them out. Might go in with them on a few properties.
Also playing at prosper.com - hope I can build that up to a decent dividend every month
