And the video is no proof at all.

Did you see him standing on the roof waving?

It was a video of a bomb hitting a house. If it took out the entire block I doubt if he would of been thrown clear.

Spacial Forces going in and interogating him, then killing him. More likely than his body surviving in such good condition and they do seem to have made a few more raids based on information since his death.
