Help!!!
alright, as you may or may not know I am a video encoder, I am trying to run 1024k scenes though a program called video charge to make 20 second clips. The problem I am getting it frame jumping....
the video will run smooth for a little then have a little hiccup then continue then hiccup more and more, it's even more evident in middle clips, say there are 15 clips clips 1 will seem decent then scene 2 and on will progressivly be worse and worse. here are caps of the settings I have:     any help would be greatly appreciated!
