I just signed up with neteller and found the service to be excellent.

Ben: You would need to be certified for a peer to peer transaction. That transfer would just wait until you do actually accept it.

and my buddy finally wants to pay me back, but if he send it now (while he has it)
will it go to my account?

They refused to open a business account for me with my tax ID, even though they were paying a business and not an individual. They insisted on my SS number for tax purposes.

I have had a merchant account and personal account for years. I always liked dealing with them. The $1200 limit on the ATM card is a bit of a hassle if you need more than that in cash though.

I have three merchant accounts and one personal account. Good service and they have a very good rep here at CR.

I've been their customer since the beginning before they went public in the UK market

Its a great tip, and its VERY VERY easy to do..

ITs just a shame they are so well liked around here.

May pose some issues, but I guess it couldnt happen to a better group of people.
