I just got an Alaska Cruise as a gift!
I gotta say I am still in shock. But my wife suprised me late last night by giving me this envelope with a certificate for an Alaska Cruise as a (belated) anniversary gift.
 upper deck ocean state room - the works  I've always been too busy working to take much in the way of vacations, so this is really really cool... now I have to get satellite internet for my notebook

Kick ass! My aunt and uncle went there last August on a cruise, absolutely loved it. They brought back tons of pictures, looked beautiful!

Awesome, I lived in SE Alaska for a few years.
Do you know your destination and stops? Most likely south east Alaska. You'll shit your pants, no place like it on Earth. Lucky bastard. |

Ketchican Juneau Skagway Hubbard Glacier (I think)
September is when we leave near the end of the cruise season, but usually the weather is good at that time yeah I am lucky, I guess all of that gold and diamond jewlery has paid off ;)
