Im looking for a site where I can buy story text content (non porn), stuff like workout plans, meal plans, or even how to change a flat tire (stupid example, but you get the point).

Ray, there are a couple of outsourcing companies here on GFY that can do that stuff.

Personally, I like local college students for this stuff. Quick, reliable, and usualy smart content with an almost endless supply of "workers".

I would also advice looking for people on a case-by-case basis rather than sticking with outsourcing companys...

College's are pure goldmines!

Good outsourcing niche. But why? It might just be luck, but I've never had a problem walking onto a campus or cheap beer night at the local pub and getting help.
