Oval Office Term Limits: One Term Only, No Stumping for Pals
George Bush is the most recent prime example of why we should not allow a president to run for re-election or stump for pals. Bush has spent an incredible amount of time and taxpayer money working on his re-election or stumping for his pals to get them elected. He visited one of his "yes men", Chris Chocola of Indiana something like seven times. The president should be running the country, not off running around trying to stack the deck with buddies.
Time for some major reform in this country, or failing that, a revoultion. Despite the constant bantering by the White House and the media at large that everything is fine, its not fine. The US Dollar is almost trading 1 for 1 with the Canadian Dollar for christ's sake. And now... back to your regularly sceduled bullshit. |
