I dont know if is me, but AT&T should have never merged w/ Cingular. When AT&T was my provider I never had problems. And now Ive had this Moto V551 for awhile now and on average of 4 out of 10 calls, I would get a dropped call every 10 mins.

I shut my phone off then turn it back on to reset every 2 days and this shit still happens. And Cingular is suppose to be biggest company out there with more towers then anyone? B-S And now I have a year left on my contract. If it wasnt for the $165 termination fee I would ...

I freaking hate cingular!!!! I get the worst service in the world. I don't have service inside of anywhere!!! I have to go outside if I want to use my phone...it hate it!!!

Been with Sprint a few years now, not too bad of a company. They have a nice plan for $60 a month: internet, 800 peak minutes, unlimited nights & weekends (nights starting at 7pm), 100 free text messages a month. great coverage.

It's not the service, it's the phone..they had a razr recall a couple of months ago due to a lot of dropped calls...In fact, I just traded my broken razr into the store for a new one.

I had AT&T for years. I loved everything about them. They got bought out by Cingular and it was all downhill from there. I had a super awesome plan with AT&T that Cingular cant get me out of for some reason. That really is the only reason i stayed with them after the switch. I plan on switching soon though.
