I have the same issues now and then with them, it can be frustrating but just keep trying. On a side note, have you or anyone else experienced the dramatic decline in stats over the last 6 weeks? I've talked to their programmer who is re configuring their affiliate stats, everything has been input manually over the last 6 weeks. My ratios have severely declined and upgrades are not renewing like I know they usually do as their program in the past has had great retention. I've cut off most of my traffic until they get things straightened out, hope its soon.
