when I was a kid I used to LOVE eating brain
My grandfather used to slaughter sheep or lamb, and boil the head, the brain and the tongue were my favorites.
You have to have some skills though, if you don't know what are you doing you're going to get a lot of particles from the skull in the brain while trying to remove it with a kitchen knife Watching Fear Factor inspired this thread btw Have you eaten cow or sheep brain, eyes, tail, anything weird? |
