The cottage comes fully furnished (beds, couches, tv's, satellite dish, brand new webber bbq) and it comes with a 17" Larsen Powerboat, canoe, paddleboat, sailboat and water tubes.

So no need for the boat but I am scoping out jet skis as I type this
