I actually use rss2blog myself, and while autonloggerpro looks really really nice, I wanted something that could do insane amount of blogs speficially for SE purposes, and autoblogger pro was limited on the # of domains, that and only being able to work with wordpress held me back on it

They just upgraded me to rss2blog 4 this week and the new features are pretty nice, a lot more organized...and the owner is really nice, she answer emails really fast and is so sweet

I think what it boils down to for me is if you are a "blogger" or are using your blogs to feed the engines....if you wanna be a blogger and make really nice well written blogs that get bookmarks go with autoblogger...if you just wanna feed the engines, go with rss2blog

I personally love rss2blog

I can tell you edgeprod is a sexy mother fucker, and anything he sells has to make you that much more sexier

Jace, I'm not sure if you know but ABP 3.0 is coming in a few weeks, which will be completely standalone (able to post out to anything) will be unlimited license, and still have all the features that rss2blog lacks, and tried miserably to duplicate

And we don't charge for new versions. Every person that purchased abp (2000+ domains) can upgrade free forever.

One of our customers is PAGE 1 (or 2 depending on data center you see) for a huge term 20+ million results. I have yet to see rss2blog monkeys post those results. There's a reason.

No disrespect to you. rss2blog servers a purpose, but abp is actively developed (went through two versions in last month) and it just plain works. No bullshit no free ebooks no scammy pricing. You get a product that does what it's supposed to, and does it well.

Its no secret that I called called out Autoblogger a long time ago - I will call a spade a spade and I hope that people will see me as non-biased on this subject.

Chio has totally changed the way it works - its was just 'good' before, but it rocks now.

RSS2Blog is 'Low Tech' compared to AutoBlogger - Its like comparing NotePad to DreamWeaver - yeah it works, but why use it if your life is 1000X easier with a more robust tool?

You can do it in 'machine code' if you want to - but why would you bother?

I hear you man, but I bought rss2blog long before your product was even avilable, and I have over 60blogs running with it now....and all my upgrades for rss2blog are free, as with anyone else that buys it....and every single feature that I have asked the owner for, has been put into it within a month.....so, matter what any tries to convince me of otherwise, I love rss2blog...and to switch my 60 blogs to autoblogger pro would not be worth it at this point

I don't know where you get that rss2blog isn't actively developed....I have had 2 updates to it in the past month...one being a major update

and I don't get your point with the person using autoblogger pro having high rankings....i mean, I can get high rankings with or without a blogger automation system, that all has to do with something totally different than which blog auto software to us....

I was under the impression you all were selling an autoblogger software, not a search engine ranking software...the search engine rankings just happen to be an added plus to anyone who uses any autoblogging software

and to close, I have seen you posting in other threads OVER AND OVER about how great it is to upgrade free...well, um....rss2blog is free upgrades for life...they ran a special a while ago so that people could try their software out for $197 with the agreement that when those people upgraded they paid the difference for the upgrade

and just so you know, up until last week I was #6 for "cum" on msn.com.....it dropped because I didn't really want that ranking, but trhat was done using rss2blog....and that is out of 260,000,000 results...if I really wanted to keep that I could have put out more posts with cum linked to the site I wanted...I just didn't care for that

No Jace it's not all that matters. RSS2Blog has had one for what almost two years now and RSS2Blog's latest central interface for controlling all your blogs blows me away. Imagine controlling 1000 or more blogs from a single interface that takes two minutes to upload to your server.

But yeah Franck I think you said earlier you already bought RSS2Blog so congratz on the right decision.

Anyone who has a basic knowledge of MagpieRSS can spit out a 1k a day script - I could do one that does them at 100K a day - but thats not how the game works - and thats what Chio realised a long time ago.

Its a game that RSS2Blog lost a few months ago - Its also a game I have been following for a while.... for my own interests.

Again thanks Damian. Some people get it, some don't. It's about results, traffic, and conversion. If I want to spam blogger all day, I could get the code in about 15 minutes to do so. If I wanted a real blog, that generates real organic search traffic, and is as dynamic as possbile in case 3 months from now I want to switch gears, and not edit thousands of posts... well... I use ABP.

Yes RSS Parsers are a dime a dozen. I rarely use the RSS parser feature of RSS2Blog though. I usually post my own content. I upload one file per blog to the central RSS2Blog interface and can have daily posts for six months or more.

You are right about the fact that RSS2Blog lost the "game" several months ago. But they lost it to other auto posting programs certainly not to ABP. However with RSS2Blog's latest major upgrade, it looks like they are back on top again as they have incorporated all the features that people asked for.
