If you can't you'll need to keep an eye not only on her e-mail but on her cell phone, messages, regular mail, etc.. Soon you won't be doing anything else and you'll be a paranoid little fuck.

1. She's at work right now, and is ALWAYS checking her email. There would be a possibility of her logging in at the same time, and that would fuck up all my hard work.

2. The email provider logs the last 3 ips thats logged in, with the time. That would be bad if she noticed a different ip.
